We believe that diversity strengthens communities. Since 2009, our team has been inspiring conversations and connections through Small Worlds® workshops, our Friendship Club, and community fundraising initiatives.
Our mission is simple: to promote diversity, inclusion, and integration across Northern Ireland and beyond. We welcome people of all backgrounds – across race, religion, ethnicity, identity, class, income, education, and age – to find common ground and build lasting friendships.

Through our weekly community drop in, we welcome newcomers with open arms, offering practical advice, peer support, and friendship.
But our work doesn’t stop there. We also support organisations across sectors to strengthen their diversity and inclusion practices through mentoring, training, and consultancy.
Our Small Worlds workshops are interactive events that provide a safe space to learn about the lived experiences of others, encouraging empathy and understanding.

Impact of workshops
We exist to promote diversity, inclusion, and integration across NI and beyond.
